This weeks healthy smoothie is a green smoothie packed with lots of good stuff! This is a Green Machine Smoothie if I ever made one. A vibrant green color and a delicious sweet taste, this smoothie is perfect in a bowl with some delicious granola on top or as a morning drink on the way out the door.

I have a vitamix but using any high speed blender add all the ingredients listed above. Pour in the liquid, I enjoy coconut water but any type of milk, regular, almond,oat can be used as well.
